Deliveries are scheduled Monday-Friday during our business hours. *Weekend delivery or pick-up service may are available by advanced reservation or prior arrangement. 

What equipment is available to rent?

We rent a variety of professional surface prep and finishing tools ranging from smaller hand-tools such as rotary hammers and angle grinders, to larger machinery, such as concrete grinders/polisher, floor scrubbers, and power trowels.

How can I get equipment delivered to my site?

Yes. We deliver within 100 miles of Stockton, CA. Pick-up on site is available.

How long can I rent?

We offer day, 3-day, week, and monthly terms, as well as arrange custom terms and packages. 

What happens if equipment does not work or has issues on site?

Can I make a reservation for a tool?

We do accept advanced reservations with a deposit. All tool and equipment rentals are on a “first come, first serve” basis for reservations or same-day pick up.

What do I need to start renting?

All order reservations or quotes must be paid in full before equipment is delivered or picked up. We accept a 20% deposit (refundable deposit) for reservations scheduled in advance. We require a government-issued photo ID such as a driver’s license or passport, as well as a valid credit card for rentals of every duration. Customers must sign official rental disclaimer and damage waiver before equipment is handed off or delivered to customer on site.

EQUIPMENT RENTAL DISCLAIMER

By renting equipment from [Stockton Surface Co. Rentals, LLC], you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Assumption of Risk: The renter acknowledges that the use of the rented equipment involves certain risks, and the renter assumes full responsibility for any and all risks associated with the equipment, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, and any other consequences that may arise during the rental period.
  2. Rental Period: The rental period begins on the date specified in the rental agreement and ends on the date specified as the return date. The renter is responsible for returning the equipment by the agreed-upon return date, in the same condition as it was at the time of rental, with normal wear and tear expected.
  3. Equipment Use and Maintenance: The renter agrees to use the equipment solely for its intended purpose and in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and safety guidelines. The renter is responsible for properly maintaining and caring for the equipment during the rental period, including regular cleaning and maintenance as specified by the manufacturer or [Stockton Surface Co., LLC].
  4. Liability and Indemnification: [Stockton Surface Co., LLC] shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the rental, use, or inability to use the equipment. The renter agrees to indemnify and hold [Stockton Surface Co., LLC] harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses incurred as a result of the renter's use of the equipment.
  5. Insurance: The renter is responsible for obtaining adequate insurance coverage to protect against any loss or damage to the rented equipment, as well as any liability arising from its use. [Stockton Surface Co., LLC] does not provide insurance coverage for rented equipment.
  6. Reservation and Cancellation: Reservations for equipment rental are subject to availability. In the event of a cancellation, the renter must provide notice to [Stockton Surface Co., LLC] within a reasonable timeframe specified in the rental agreement. Failure to cancel or pick up the equipment as scheduled may result in a cancellation fee.
  7. Governing Law: This equipment rental agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California. Any disputes arising out of or related to this agreement shall be resolved exclusively through the appropriate courts of California.
